Doesn't surprise me...if the truth be known, Helen probably has her own rubber stamp of the GG's signature. Is that being too cynical?

Does the GG know about the petition site ? Perhaps someone should tell him. When will the legislation be presented for royal assent after the passing of the legislation ?

So I know its pretty well impossible for the GG to not ascent BUT could you or (someone??) suggest to the GG that all that is necessary is to DELAY the ascent process until such time as your Judicial Review has been heard.

It's pretty well impossible for governments to buy themsleves elections.

It's pretty well impossible for governments to remain in office when Solicitor-Generals, Auditor-Generals and Chief Electoral Officers call them corrupt.

It's pretty well impossoble for oppositions to win elections when their leaders private life is smeared over the newspapers by the PM

It's pretty well impossible for oppositiosn to win elections when governemnts pay people to fill in quickvote forms.

It's pretty well impossible for opositions to win when the electoral system has a maorimander.

I signed Blair Mullholland's petition!!
So I know its pretty well impossible for the GG to not ascent BUT could you or (someone??) suggest to the GG that all that is necessary is to DELAY the ascent process until such time as your Judicial Review has been heard.

Should the hearing be "delayed" also, there is automatically gifted, another opportunity for further political advantage.

This balancing act could become rewarding in a political sense and interesting as a media event in the eyes of an ever increasing percentage of Poll respondents..
