Barry Soper noted on Newstalk ZB this evening that when the topic of this lawsuit was brought up at the post-Cabinet press conference today, the PM was “rather snippy” and wouldn’t make any comment. Audio here - just a few seconds at the end.

You know you’re getting to her if she gets snippy … what is it with the media silence over this issue though? They’ll be all over any hint of a minor scandal (some kind of ‘oh so human’ wrongdoing) - but present them with a serious issue of constitutional law, and they immediately bury their heads in the sand.
